Happy Wanderers is a family camping club, affiliated with Family Campers & RVers. The club
first met in 1958 and, in 1961, was granted Charter #61 from National
Campers & Hikers Association. NCHA is now called
FCRV, to better reflect the interests of its members.

Camping season normally begins in April, and continues through the end
of October. Weekend campouts are generally planned at campgrounds within
a two-hour drive of central Connecticut, although we do wander farther
occasionally.
